We take a rest day to have a long lecture session devoted to technical aspects of hang gliding. Apart from that since we happen to be in basically cradle of Prosciutto, we are planning to spend some time on checking out nice restaurants in our vicinity 🙂 We have to get ready for tomorrow, which is promising to be a day in western corner of Dolomites!
