After finishing the course in Slovenia we managed to fly two bonus flights set by Gerolf in Austrian Alps. The first 170 km triangle was set with two crossings over the Main Chain which made it an outstanding special flight along and across remote icy ridges. This kind of flying doesn’t happen too often…

The NE wind in forecast for the 6th day chased us away from Tolmin to Italy again. In area of Aviano the ESE wind was spot on on the take off, so the whole team was inspired to have another interesting task set by Gerolf.
